Acknowledge the Power of Your Mind

Did you know that your subconscious mind doesn’t differentiate between positive and negative thoughts? It clings to the ideas that dominate your thinking, especially those applied with emotion. This means that the thoughts we focus on control our feelings, actions, and results. When you internalize a thought, it passes into your subconscious mind, and it controls the vibration that your body choses to enter.

Vibration cam be described as our emotional state. This feeling or vibration caused by our thoughts, is automatically expressed through our actions, attracting more of the same-The Law of Attraction.

It’s important to understand that positive and negative emotions cannot coexist in your mind. When you focus on positive thoughts, you increase your emotional state, which in turn shapes your actions. This is where autosuggestion comes into play—injecting positive emotions into your subconscious mind. Without this intentional practice, negative thoughts can easily creep in and take hold over the thoughts and ideas you in your mind.

To excel, you must create a mindset focused on success, not failure. Allowing negative emotions to occupy your mind can completely alter your vibration, ultimately dictating your results. Remember, your vibrations are composed of the thoughts you hold, seeking a way out in physical form(actions).

We have the power to shape our circumstances through imagination. Many people, however, don’t recognize this ability or fail to use it effectively. Instead of imagining their desired future, they often dwell on their current situations and misfortunes, resulting in a never-ending cycle that preserves the results they are already experiencing.

When you do, you alter your vibration, and transformation begins. This new vibration completely changes your energy, leading to actions that attract the results you desire.
